Day 1 : Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Arrive at Leh (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport).
Check in to hotel, rest for acclimatization (Leh is at 11,500 ft)
. Evening: Walk around Leh Market, visit Leh Palace & Shanti Stupa for sunset views.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2 : Day 2: Leh Local Sightseeing

Visit: Hall of Fame (Army museum)
Gurudwara Pathar Sahib
Magnetic Hill
Sangam (Confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers)
Afternoon visit to Spituk Monastery or Alchi Monastery (if time permits).
Return to Leh for dinner & overnight stay.

Day 3 : Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley (via Khardung La)

Drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La (18,380 ft) — one of the world’s highest motorable passes.
Visit Diskit Monastery & huge Maitreya Buddha statue.
Enjoy a camel ride on the sand dunes at Hunder.
Overnight stay in Nubra (Hunder or Diskit).

Day 4 : Day 4: Nubra to Turtuk & back

Excursion to Turtuk, a beautiful Balti village near the LOC, known for its unique culture & apricot orchards.
Explore the village, meet locals, try traditional Balti cuisine.
Return to Nubra for overnight stay.

Day 5 : Day 5: Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok

Drive to Pangong Lake (14,270 ft) via Shyok route.
Enjoy stunning blue hues of the lake (featured in 3 Idiots).
Spend evening by the lake.
Overnight stay in Pangong (camp or cottage)

Day 6 : Day 6: Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La

Day 6: Early morning sunrise at Pangong.
Return to Leh via Chang La pass (17,586 ft).
Enroute visit Thiksey Monastery & Shey Palace.
Reach Leh, evening free for shopping souvenirs in the local market.
Overnight stay in Leh.
